Why you should never talk to the police.  A great Regent University Law School lecture by James Duane.

I saw this a while back on a law blog (not Bob Loblaw’s) and then it cropped up again on a mailing list.  I think more interesting than the obvious advice is the discussion of the fifth amendment and its purpose (versus popular perception).  And even with such protection, things like this still happen.
